Yesterday was the final day to Hope Acts Conference 2014 @ Singapore Indoor Stadium, and it was a very eventful + fruitful one helping w decor for the 2-day event.
Became a balloon art intern under Luccii (?) for the second half of the day, haha! Tianli and I sent ourselves down to a crash course on balloon pumping and tying, to help Luccii and Hongjie/Roger from Hope Tots finish creating a large balloon arc, for the Hope Tots space.
Have never tied so many balloons consecutively in my life, considering how poor I was in doing so, but thank God I learnt how to yesterday.
Fingers are sore, arms are slightly aching, but it is totally worth it.
Thank God for Tianli, too, for being so crazily serving and not withdrawing from the balloons help despite being afraid of them!!! #BRAVEANDCOURAGEOUS 👍👍👍
Also got to know 2 new grads girls from NUS, Grace and Yvonne, and hear about Yvonne's awesome testimony of how God directed her to go to Beijing to be an business journalist to do His work. :") Also gleaned and discovered how fiercely faithful the Filipino decor i/cs (Alfred and a very nice lady whose name I didn't manage to know in the end) are, with giving their very, very best just to ensure the decor looks good for the children of Hope Kids today and tomorrow.
Am so very excited for what is to come within these 2 days, and beyond, Jesus. We are here to witness your remarkable works, and here to witness for You even more boldly and courageously with your Holy Spirit's empowerment, in the workplace, campus and house!
