I experienced the death of my dad, but through the weakest point in my life, You lifted me up and gave me Strength like no other.

I was selfish and prideful, but now I love and care more about people who matter to You and constantly seek to put them above myself because You first put us above Yourself, to the extent of giving up Your life for us on the cross.
I was angry, but You gave me joy.
I was irrational, but You gave me self-discipline and a spiritual maturity which is anchored in Your Word.
I sought a temporal love from man, but was led to an eternal love from God.
I sought a temporal acceptance from man, but found myself eternally accepted as a heir and priest of Christ Jesus.
I was bitter, but You opened up my perspective and showed me the sweetness of Your love.
I was frail in confidence, but now my confidence is found in You, my Rock and my foundation.
I took my family for granted.
But now You put in me a burning desire to lead the household to serve and worship You.
I was timid, but now I am empowered by Your Holy Spirit.
This is the power of the God that we serve. All glory goes to Him, forever and always.
